    microgreens vitamin C carotenoids tocopherol 2025
    microgreens mineral composition ICP-MS 2025

  • Use Google Scholar and filter by “Since 2025”, then add method keywords (HPLC, LC-MS/MS, ICP-MS, UHPLC).

The pattern you’ll notice, the strongest “nutrition verification” papers almost always advertise their measurement tech right in the abstract, because that’s the whole flex.
