Return Policy

At Ferpher Farms, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on fresh microgreens. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will gladly provide a replacement or store credit.

For non-perishable items such as pepper powders, seeds, or tinctures, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ferpherfarms.com or call 321-EAT LIFE (328-5433). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

 

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
