About the event
Christopher Tolen, Co-Founder and Grower-Educator at Ferpher Farms, will lead this practical two-hour Zoom class for OLLI at the University of South Florida.
The class follows microgreens from seed to harvest, including seed selection, trays, growing media, germination and blackout, lighting, watering, airflow, harvest timing, storage, common problems and a repeatable home-growing process.
Wednesday, April 7, 2027, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Eastern. This is an online OLLI-USF program. Registration and Zoom access are handled by OLLI-USF. Ferpher Farms will add the official access or registration information when OLLI-USF provides it.
